Temporary Workers



The Works is a recruitment agency in central Southampton specialising in Industrial, Manufacturing and Technical work. We are currently looking for temporary staff to join our large team of workers.



Roles include warehouse work, picking and packing, labouring and production work. We have work available around the Southampton area including Nursling, central Southampton, Eastleigh and Hedge End.



Applicants do not experience but must be hardworking with a flexible approach to work.



The hours are generally full time Monday - Friday with some overtime and weekends available.
