Customer Service Executive/Inbound



Customer Service/Inbound Sales for leading TV broadcaster



Vane Recruitment are working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Media company who have huge expansion plans and are looking for candidates to place in a dynamic team.



There are a variety of positions available from ensuring calls are answered quickly and effectively, understanding customers needs, excellent telephone manner, ability to handle complaints effectively, booking installations to re-arranging an installation date. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and have previous customer service experience.



Hours: 8am – 11pm on a rotating shift pattern

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £6 per hour plus commission



Job Summary:



Dealing with inbound calls

Up-selling products

Liaising with both customers and engineers

Promoting additional services

Administration and data entry
