High Street Branch Manager-Banking
Our client is one of the big names in retail banking and due to expansion within the retail-banking network; they are looking for several new Retail Branch Managers throughout the Southampton, Bournemouth and New Forest areas.
As a Branch Manager with my client, you will be responsible for Managing and Leading the Branch Team by creating effective communications through a variety of communication mechanisms - ensure team understands Sales, Service & Operations, Managing Relationships within the Branch at both Team and Customer levels, Managing the Business and Finances of the Branch and Control the environment of the Branch, to ensure that the Banks key control, credit, cash, fraud and other operational processes are followed consistently within the team.
The rewards are worth the efforts and my client pays an above average salary and benefits package and Performance Related Pay. Basic salaries begin at £22,000 and rise to £31,500; salary enhancers are also included and amount to an additional 25% of basic.
These positions are grade three BM roles, from a 5 Grade System, so there is room for career development into more senior positions, and Continuous personal development is actively encouraged.
You will ideally be a Bank or Building Society Branch Manager and have experience of running a successful branch but you may also be a senior adviser or an Assistant Branch Manager looking to manage your own branch-but not getting the opportunity with your current employer.
